摘    要:以5年生的3种不同砧穗组合的AP番荔枝嫁接树为试材,研究了3种砧穗组合的AP番荔枝的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度和胞间CO2浓度的日变化,并对叶片光合色素含量进行了测定。结果表明,不同砧穗组合处理对AP番荔枝的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度和胞间CO2浓度的日变化影响明显。从总体上看,普通番荔枝组合的净光合速率水平最高,秘鲁番荔枝/圆滑番荔枝组合的水平最低。不同砧穗组合砧木对AP番荔枝叶片光合色素也有明显的影响,但不显著改变叶绿素a/b值。从总体上看,光合色素含量以普通番荔枝组合最高,秘鲁番荔枝/圆滑番荔枝组合居中,牛心番荔枝/山刺番荔枝组合最低。

Abstract:Taking five-year-old tree of Annona atemoya Hort cv.African Pride with 3 kinds of rootstock-scion combinations as materials,the comparative effects of 3 kinds of rootstock-scion combinations on daily variation of net photosynthesis,transpiration,stomata conductivity,CO2 transpiration rate were studied,and while the contents of photosynthetic pigments in their leaves were measured.The results showed that significant differences in daily variation of net photosynthesis,transpiration,stomata conductivity and CO2 transpiration rate existed in the 3 kinds of rootstock-scion combinations.In the aggregate,the net photosynthesis level of sugar apple rootstock-scion combination was the highest and cherimoya/pond apple was the lowest.Different kinds of rootstock-scion combinations all markedly influenced the contents of photosynthetic pigments,but the difference in chlorophyll a/b value was not significance among all rootstock-scion combinations.In the aggregate,the highest content of photosynthetic pigments was observed in the sugar apple rootstock-scion combination and the lowest in bullock's heart/mountain soursop rootstock-scion combination,while the content of photosynthetic pigments in cherimoya/pond apple was between the others.The value in use of bullock's heart/mountain soursop and cherimoya/pond apple combinations as a rootstock was evaluated.
