摘    要:利用事后划定目标区和对比区的非随机化分析方法,对2008年5月10~11日一次东北冷涡天气过程的人工增雨效果进行了检验。结果表明,在能合理选择出对比区的情况下,利用此方法可以评价出单次增雨作业的效果,并达到一定的显著性水平;东北冷涡具有很大的增雨潜力,把握好作业时机、作业部位、作业方式可以达到增加降水的目的。
