白腐菌纤维素酶高酶活菌株的筛选

摘    要:在已确定4株白腐菌最适培养条件、最佳培养基配比的前提下,研究了其发酵后滤纸酶(FPA)、羧甲基纤维素酶(CMC)、微晶纤维素酶(AVI)的活性变化。结果表明:在整个培养周期内3种酶均有活性,但不同菌株酶的活性有较大差异,酶活的高峰也不尽相同。经过比较分析,筛出了纤维素酶活力较高的白腐菌L-1、P-1,并对其发酵前后培养物的成分进行了测定,为研制生物秸秆饲料奠定了基础。

Abstract:The suitable culture condition and culture medium of the four white rot fungi were researched through the experiment in the change of enzymatic activity of filter paperlyase,carboxymethyl celluose,and micro-crystalline cellulase after fermentation.The result demonstrated: all these three enzymes showed the activity throughout the whole cultivation circuit,but great different exited in the activities and summits of them.By comparing,enzyme with the higher activity was selected and the suitable situation of its growth was selected.Moreover,the proportion of crude protein and fat in it were determined,which were ready for the further researches.
