摘    要:目的]优化罗布麻茎中总黄酮的提取工艺。方法]采用乙醇浸提法从罗布麻茎中提取总黄酮。在单因素试验基础上,采用正交试验对罗布麻茎中总黄酮的提取工艺进行优化。结果]罗布麻茎中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度50%、提取温度50℃、提取时间1.5 h、料液比1∶40(g∶m L)、样品目数100,此条件下的提取率达2.033%。结论]该研究为罗布麻的开发利用奠定基础。

Optimization of Extraction Technology of Total Flavonoids from Stems of Apocynum venetum L.by Orthogonal Experiment
Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to optimize the extraction technology of total flavonoids from Apocynum venetum stems.Method]To-tal flavonoids from Apocynum venetum stems were extracted by ethanol extraction.On the basis of single factor experiment,orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the extraction technology of total flavonoids from Apocynum venetum stems.Result]The optimum extraction technology of to-tal flavonoids from Apocynum venetum stems were ethanol concentration 50%,extraction temperature 50℃,extraction time 1.5 h,solid-liquid rate 1:40 (g:mL),sample number 100,the extraction rate under this condition was 2.033%.Conclusion]The study laid the foundation for the devel-opment and utilization of Apocynum venetum.
