美国湿地松第3代种子园不同家系育苗与造林试验研究

摘    要:目的]研究引种美国湿地松第3代种子园10个优良家系苗期遗传变异,为广西速生丰产高产脂湿地松选育提供参考。方法]以马尾松为对照,采用家系小区随机区组的试验方法,研究引种湿地松苗高、地径主要生长性状遗传变异。结果]引种美国湿地松第3代种子园10个优良家系造林定植成活率高,平均保存率96%,表明美国湿地松适应性强,适宜于广西凭祥立地环境。苗期湿地松高生长不显著,表型最好的家系MWV-447,高于对照Masson1和Masson2;MWV-443、MWV-444、MWV-446、MWV-448、MWV-451、MWV-452高于对照Masson2,但低于对照Masson1;MWV-445、MWV-449、MWV-450最差,低于对照Masson1和Masson2。参试10个优良家系地径生长显著优于对照Masson1和Masson2,MWV-449最大,为28.08mm,超出对照Masson142.3%,超出对照Masson265.9%;MWV-444最小,为24.96mm,超出对照Masson126.5%,超出对照Masson247.4%。结论]经方差分析与t检验,美国湿地松优良家系苗期性状差异显著,经过林木改良与选育可筛选出适宜家系推广利用。
