摘    要:目的]为密叶绢藓作为环境监测的指示植物提供参考。方法]通过实验室模拟试验,研究了重金属Cd(0~50 mg/L)和模拟酸雨(pH值分别为3.5、4.5和5.6)复合污染对密叶绢藓生理生化指标的影响。结果]随着酸雨强度的增大和Pb处理浓度的增加,密叶绢藓的可溶性蛋白质含量在Cd浓度为20 mg/L,pH值为3.5时达到最大值,比对照高出40.91%;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性则是先升高后降低;而可溶性糖和游离脯氨酸含量则是随着Cd含量的增加而增加,在pH值3.5酸雨胁迫下,密叶绢藓受害程度最高。结论]密叶绢藓对酸雨有较好的耐受能力,酸雨和Cd复合污染比单一污染对密叶绢藓造成的胁迫更严重。
