微波消解样品-原子荧光光谱法测定大蒜中的微量硒

摘    要:进行了筛选消化试剂的种类和优化消化编程及原子荧光仪器参数测定大蒜中硒含量的试验。结果表明,编程全自动微波消解技术处理检测样品,试剂用量少,空白值低,少污染,样品消化完全,操作便捷,是一项全新的样品前处理技术;微波消解样品-原子荧光光谱法测定大蒜中的硒,灵敏度高,重现性好,回收率高。

Abstract:According to the components in garlic, microwave digestion conditions, such as masses and kinds of digestion reagents, the procedures design of microwave digestion apparatus were studied. With the AFS-820 type Atomic Fluorescence spectrophotometer, trace selenium in garlic was determined under the optimum conditions. The results showed that the recovery rates were from 86.4 % to 107.6 % respectively, and the detection limit of selenium was 0.12 μg/L, RSD was 3.16 %(n=21).
