锦州地区宠物犬寄生虫流行区系及流行病学调查研究

随机抽检锦州地区10家宠物门诊的50只宠物犬,用漂浮法和沉淀法检查粪便中的寄生虫卵,鉴定其种类,对其感染率和感染强度进行统计,最后确定优势虫种,并对其流行病学进行研究。结果发现,锦州地区宠物犬寄生虫有11种,其中优势虫种为犬弓首蛔虫、犬钩虫、犬复孔绦虫、疥螨和蠕形螨。通过现场考查及查阅有关资料确定了优势虫种流行病学的规律和特点,为锦州地区宠物犬寄生虫病的防治工作提供了科学依据。

Investigation of the Epidemic Flora Type and Epidemiology of the Parasite in Pet Dog in Jinzhou

In order to clarify the infection and the epidemiological characteristics of the parasites in pet dog in Jinzhou city,50 pet dogs from 10 different clinic services were surveyed at random.To identify the species of the parasites,their worm eggs were examined with the float method and precipitation method from the dejecta.The Infection rate and the infection intensity were revealed through the investigation,and the dominant species were determined.The result showed that there were 11 kinds of parasites in Jinzhou,the dominant species were Toxocara canis,A.caninum,Dipylidium caninum,Sarcopetes scabieicanis and Demodex canis,respectively.The rule of epidemiology and the characteristics of the dominant species were determined through the spot examination and data consulting.All above provided scientific basis for the prevention and control of parasites on pet dogs.
