| Abstract: | The distribution characteristic of water resources in southwest areas of Hainan province and its status of exploitation and utilization were analyzed,the questions of abundance guest water,the engineering short of water and the single types of water resource caused by short of water conservancy were discussed,then a strategic countermeasure for economizing water sources in southwest of Hainan province was proposed. |
