| 摘 要： | 目的]开展不同种苦丁茶、不同产地苦丁茶中熊果酸和齐墩果酸含量的考察,以期为熊果酸产业化开发提供基础资料。方法]HPLC法测定了6种冬青科苦丁茶功能叶和4种市售苦丁茶冬青嫩芽产品中熊果酸和齐墩果酸的含量。色谱条件为Eclipse XDB-C18柱（5.0μm,4.6mm×150.0mm）,流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸水溶液（88∶12）,检测波长为220nm,流速为0.8ml/min,柱温为35℃,进样量20μl。结果]熊果酸的平均含量为枸骨（1.64%）〉霍山冬青（1.63%）〉大叶冬青（1.54%）〉五棱冬青（1.23%）〉苦丁茶冬青（0.96%）〉华中枸骨（0.69%）〉苦丁茶产品（〈0.28%）;齐墩果酸的平均含量为大叶冬青（0.22%）〉霍山冬青（0.18%）〉枸骨（0.17%）〉五棱冬青（0.14%）〉苦丁茶冬青（〈0.12%）〉华中枸骨（0.10%）〉苦丁茶产品（0）。结论]测定结果有助于指导熊果酸和齐墩果酸加工产业选择合适的原料。
