摘    要:目的]开展不同种苦丁茶、不同产地苦丁茶中熊果酸和齐墩果酸含量的考察,以期为熊果酸产业化开发提供基础资料。方法]HPLC法测定了6种冬青科苦丁茶功能叶和4种市售苦丁茶冬青嫩芽产品中熊果酸和齐墩果酸的含量。色谱条件为Eclipse XDB-C18柱(5.0μm,4.6mm×150.0mm),流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸水溶液(88∶12),检测波长为220nm,流速为0.8ml/min,柱温为35℃,进样量20μl。结果]熊果酸的平均含量为枸骨(1.64%)〉霍山冬青(1.63%)〉大叶冬青(1.54%)〉五棱冬青(1.23%)〉苦丁茶冬青(0.96%)〉华中枸骨(0.69%)〉苦丁茶产品(〈0.28%);齐墩果酸的平均含量为大叶冬青(0.22%)〉霍山冬青(0.18%)〉枸骨(0.17%)〉五棱冬青(0.14%)〉苦丁茶冬青(〈0.12%)〉华中枸骨(0.10%)〉苦丁茶产品(0)。结论]测定结果有助于指导熊果酸和齐墩果酸加工产业选择合适的原料。
