不同桑树品种品质及其对蚕茧产量和品质的影响

目的]筛选宜州市最适宜的桑树品种。方法]以宜州市目前主栽桑树品种特优2号、粤桑11号、桂桑优62和蚕品种“两广二号”为材料，研究不同桑树品种的桑叶品质及其对蚕茧产量和品质的影响。结果]在各测定时期，特优2号叶片叶绿素含量均最高；粤桑11号叶片可溶性糖和水溶性蛋白质含量高于特优2号和桂桑优62；不同桑树品种叶片含水量和干物重均达正常水平；特优2号处理千克茧粒数最少，全茧量最重，茧层量和茧层率最高。结论]特优2号为宜州市最适宜种植的桑树品种。

Quality of Mulberry Varieties and Its Effects on Yield and Quality of Cocoon

Objective] The aim was to select the optimal mulberry variety in Yizhou City.Method]With the main mulberry varieties such as Teyou 2,Yuesang 11 and Guisangyou 62 and cocoon variety Liangguang Ⅱ as the materials,the quality of mulberry leaves of different mulberry varieties and its effects on the yield and quality of cocoon were studied.Result] The chlorophyll content in leaves of Teyou 2 was the highest in all determination stages.The contents of soluble sugar and water-soluble protein in leaves of Yuesang 11 were higher than those in leaves of Teyou 2 and Guisangyou 62.Water content in leaves and dry weight of all mulberry varieties were normal.The quantity of cocoon per kilogram in the treatment with Teyou 2 was the least with the highest cocoon weight,the highest cocoon shell weight and the highest cocoon shell rate.Conclusion] Teyou 2 was the optimal mulberry variety in Yizhou City.
