| 摘 要： | 为了科学规划城市农用地,有必要确立都市农区概念,定位河南省郑州市金水区农业类型为典型的都市型农业,指出发展都市型农业的必要性。从城区农业发展类型入手,分析城郊型农业与都市型农业的特点和区别,并根据郑州市金水区农业特点,提出用产业化思路发展推进土地流转和吸引社会资金等有效发展都市型农业的建议。

| Abstract: | In order to scientific plan urban agricultural land, it is necessity for defining urban agriculture concept and developing urban agri- culture. Starting from urban agriculture development types, the characteristics and differences of suburb agricuhure and urban agriculture were analyzed. According to agriculture features in Jinshui District, Zhengzhou City, several suggestions for developing urban agriculture were put forward, such as advancing land transfer, collecting social capital. |
