摘    要:目的]研究UNITANK工艺在城市生活污水处理中的运用。方法]以重庆市奉节县某城市污水厂为例,分析了UNITANK工艺的运行效果,并在此基础上探讨了处理量对处理效果的影响。结果]UNITANK工艺可以去除91.0%~98.6%的NH3-N,87.4%~92.8%的COD,62.0%~75.9%的TN以及75.4%~84.8%的TP。出水满足一级排放标准(GB 18918-2002),其中TN、TP为一级B类排放标准,NH3-N和COD达一级A类标准。较高的生产负荷可更好地发挥UNITANK工艺的除污效能和降低处理成本。结论]UNI-TANK工艺的处理效果良好,特别是良好的NH3-N和COD去除能力。

Abstract: Objective ] The research aimed to study application of UNITANK process in municipal sewage treatment. Method ] One munici- pal sewage treatment plant in Fengjie County of Chongqiong as case, running effect of UNITANK process was analyzed, and influence of the flow capacity on treatment effect was discussed. Result] UNITANK process could remove 91.0% -98.6% of NH3-N, 87.4% -92.8% of COD, 62.0% - 75.9% of TN and 75.4% - 84.8% of TP. Effluent satisfied the first class discharge standard ( GB 18918 - 2002). TN and TP reached the first class B discharge standard, while NH3-N and COD reached the first class A discharge standard. Higher production load could improve removal efficiency of UNITANK process well and decline treatment cost. Conclusion ] UNITANK process had good treatment effect, especially had good removal ability on NH3-N and COD.
