摘    要:目的]为三唑磷的微生物降解提供参考。方法]通过初筛和复筛试验,从某农药厂污水中分离得到1株降解三唑磷的菌株TF413,用Biolog微生物自动分析系统对该菌株进行鉴定,并研究培养基组成、初始pH值、培养温度、装液量、接种量等对菌株降解三唑磷特性的影响。结果]经鉴定,TF413菌株为粪产碱杆菌(Alcaligeizes faecalis),其降解三唑磷的最适温度为32℃、最适初始pH值为7.0,最适装液量为100ml三角瓶中装50m1培养基,最佳培养基为营养肉汤,接种量对TF413降解三唑磷的效果无明显影响。结论]TF413以共代谢的方式降解三唑磷,培养72h对三唑磷的降解率为70.83%。
