都山绣球试管苗促根试验研究

目的]提高都山绣球试管苗的生根率，加快其在园林生产上的应用。方法]以都山绣球试管无菌苗为试验材料，接入附加不同种类和浓度生长素的1／2MS培养基中进行离体促根培养。结果]都山绣球试管无根苗在1／2MS＋IBA0．25mg／L＋NAA0．25mg／L＋1．50％蔗糖＋0．75％琼脂的培养基中生根最好，生根率这94．7％，并且生根多、健壮，有利于移栽成活。结论]不同种类和浓度的生长素对都山锈球试管苗的生根数量和根的质量有较大的影响。

Experimental Study on the Rooting of Tube Seedlings of Hydrangea bretschneideri Dipp.var.dushanensis

Objective] The study aimed to improve the rooting rate of the tube seedlings of Hydrangea bretschneideri Dipp.var.dushanensis and fasten its application in the garden production.Method] With aspectic-tube plantlets of H.bretschneideri as the test materials, they were inoculated on 1/2 MS culture medium with different kinds and concentrations of auxin to motivate the rooting.Result] The results indicated that the best rotting medium was 1/2 MS+0.25 mg/L IBA +0.25 mg/L NAA +1.50% sucrose + 0.75% agar.The rooting rate was 94.7%.And these tube seedlings will survive well when transplanted because the roots were strong with lots of fibrils.Conclusion] Different kinds and concentrations of auxin had greater effects on the root number and quality of H.bretschneideri tube seedlings.
