薯莨块茎不同溶剂提取液对桉树青枯菌的抑菌活性

目的]探究薯莨块茎不同溶剂提取液的抑菌活性成分。方法]采用系统溶剂提取法,用不同极性的溶剂提取薯莨块茎中的有效成分并测定其对桉树青枯菌的抑菌活性。结果]薯莨块茎提取液各有机提取相均有一定的抑菌活性,且不同极性的组分抑菌效果有所差别,其中,乙酸乙酯提取部分的抑菌效果最佳,乙醚提取部分次之。结论]薯莨块茎提取的抑菌有效成分更易分散在乙酸乙酯溶剂中。

Determination of Antibacterial Activity of Different Extraction from Dioscorea cirrhosa Lour.against Ralstonia solanacearum (Smith) Yabuuchi

Objective] The aim was to explore antibacterial active ingredients of different extraction from Dioscorea cirrhosa Lour.against Ralstonia solanacearum (Smith) Yabuuchi.Method] Different kinds of polar components were extracted from Dioscorea cirrhosa Lour.'s tubers through the solvents extraction method.The antibacterial activities of different polar solvents against Ralstonia solanacearum (Smith)Yabuuchi were determined.Result] The different polar solvents had antibacterial activities against Ralstonia solanacearum (Smith) Yabuuchi,and the inhibitory effects of extraction were significantly different.The antibacterial effect of the ethyl acetate extraction part was the best,followed by ether extraction part.Conclusion] The active components are easier to disperse in the ethyl acetate solvent.
