摘    要:针对大学新生适应高校生活的不良现象,为形成立德树人、全校育人机制,实现创新型人才培养目标,在本科教学体系中引入课程导师制度,将弥补当前大学教育中导师培养环节缺失的不足。课程导师有助于引领大学新生更快适应大学生活,掌握专业课程学习方法,提升学生心智全面协同发展。以当前"互联网+"的创新性教育理念为引导,以信息化教育为支撑,以微信群为实时教学平台,建立起课程导师与大学新生之间快速响应机制。实践证明,课程导师制对于增加师生交流沟通、提高学生综合素质和提升教学质量具有重要意义,能实现师生双赢。

Abstract:Aiming at the bad phenomenon of college freshmen adaptability to college life,and for the formation of moral education,the whole school education mechanism,the course tutor system was introduced in the undergraduate teaching system to realize the goal of cultivating innovative talents and make up missing link in university education.The course tutors help the freshmen adapt to college life,master of professional courses,learning methods and improve students'comprehensive development of mind.With the guide of "Internet plus" innovative theory,the support of information education and the real-time platform of WeChat group,the rapid response mechanism between teachers and students was established.It has been proved that the tutorial system is of great significance to increase the communication between teachers and students,to improve the comprehensive quality of students and to improve the quality of teaching,and finally achieve a win-win situation for both teachers and students.
