咸虾花的化学成分研究

摘    要:目的]研究咸虾花的化学成分。方法]利用硅胶层析、大孔树脂层析、凝胶层析和反相层析等技术,对咸虾花乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,通过波谱数据进行化学成分鉴定。结果]从咸虾花中共分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为Caffeic acid、Caffeic acid methyl ester、3,4-di-O-caffeoyl quinic acid methyl ester、3-O-caffeoyl quinic acid、3-O-caffeoyl quinic acid methyl ester、5-O-caffeoyl quinic acid methyl ester、4,5-di-O-caffeoyl quinic acid。结论]7个化合物均为苯丙素类化合物,且均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to study the chemical constituents of Vernonia patula.Method] The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel chromatography,macroporous resin chromatography,gel chromatography and reverse phase chromatography.The chemical constituents were identified by spectral data.Result] Seven compounds were isolated and their structure were established as Caffeic acid,Caffeic acid methyl ester,3,4-di-0-caffeoyl quinic acid methyl ester,3-0-caffeoyl quinic acid,3-0-caffeoyl quinic acid methyl ester,5-0-caffeoyl quinic acid methyl ester,4,5-di-O-caffeoyl quinic acid.Conclusion] Compounds (1-7) are isolated from Vernonia patula for the first time.
