霍山石斛组培快繁技术研究

摘    要:为提高霍山石斛的繁殖系数 ,对霍山石斛试管播种苗组培快繁技术进行了试验研究。结果表明 :不同的植物激素及其浓度组合、培养基中糖的含量、pH值等因素对霍山石斛试管苗的生长及继代增殖有很大的影响。其中 ,以MS为基本培养基 ,添加植物激素KT 3mg/L、2 ,4-D 0 .2mg/L、糖 3 % ,pH值 5 .4,对促进试管苗生长和继代增殖的效果最佳 ;而试管苗出瓶移栽的最佳基质为树皮块 ,其次为椰壳糠。

Abstract:In order to improve propagation rate of Dendrobium Huoshanense, the experiment in micro-propagation technology of tube seedling in Dendrobium Huoshanense was conducted. The results showed: different plant growth regulators and concentration combination, different sugar amounts and pH values had obverious effect on tube seedling growing and propagation. Among those, the best combination was MS+KT*!3*! mg/L +2.4-D*!0.2*!mg/L + sugar 3% with pH=5.4.The best transplanting medium was cortex.The better was coconut bran.
