阴香扦插繁殖试验

摘    要:目的]探讨基质和生根剂对阴香扦插生根的影响。方法]采用田间扦插试验研究不同基质、不同种类和不同浓度的生根促进剂对阴香扦插生根的影响。结果]阴香扦插的基质以黄心土和珍珠岩为好。200 mg/L ABT+黄心土+15 m in和100 mg/L ABT+黄心土+30 m in组合的生根率最高。基质对生根率影响较大,基质间不同浓度的生根剂对生根率影响显著,而生根剂对生根率的影响不显著,生根剂之间不存在差异。生根进程中POD和CAT活性随插条生根的进程逐渐增加,有利于难生根的植物插条的扦插生根。结论]采用当年生半木质化或1年生木质化程度不高的插条,以黄心土或珍珠岩为基质,选用ABT为生根剂可提高阴香生根率。

Trial on Cutting Propagation of Cinnamomum burmanni
Abstract:Objective] The aim was to discuss the influence of substrates and rooting reagent on cutting rooting of Cinnamomum burmanni.Method] The influence of different substrates and rooting accelerators with different kinds and concn.on cutting rooting of C.burmanni were studied by field cutting experiment.Result] Yellow soil and perlite were better substrates for C.burmanni cutting.The rooting rate of the combination of 200 mg/L ABT+ yellow soil +15 min and 100 mg/L ABT+ yellow soil +30 min was highest.The influence of substrate on rooting rate was bigger and that of different concn.rooting reagents among substrates on rooting rate was significant,but the influence of rooting reagents on rooting rate was not significant and there was no difference among rooting reagents.The POD and CAT activities were increased with the process of cutting rooting during rooting process,which was beneficial for cutting rooting of hardly rooted plant quickset.Conclusion] With yellow soil or perlite as substrate,applying current-year semi-lignified quicksets or 1 year quicksets with low lignified degree and ABT as rooting reagents could increase the rooting rate of C.burmanni.
