河南省农村公共服务供给体系的理论与实证研究——一种财政支农的分析视角

对农村公共服务的概念和行业范围进行科学界定,从理论上分析河南省公共服务的有效供给机制;同时,运用文献和实地调研法从财政支农的角度对河南省农村公共服务的现状进行实证分析;并针对当前河南省农村公共服务供给总量不足、结构不太合理、供给效率较低等问题,提出健全河南省农村公共服务供给体系的可行性建议。
