摘    要:传统盾叶薯蓣皂素生产工艺产生大量高浓度含酸有机废水,严重污染水源,制约了皂素产业的健康发展.对皂素的清洁生产工艺及资源综合利用进展进行了系统介绍,并对清洁生产工艺未来发展趋势及面临问题进行讨论.

The Research Progress of Clean Production Process and Comprehensive Utilization of Dioscorea zingiberensis

Abstract:Traditional disogenin production process produced large amounts of high concentration organic and acidic waste water which seriously contaminated water source and restricted the healthy development of saponin industry. In this paper, the clean production process and the com- prehensive utilization of the Dioscorea zingiberensis were introduced, and the future development trend and problems were discussed.
