潍坊市农业现代化发展水平测度与分析

根据潍坊市农业现代化发展的实际情况,在确定潍坊市农业现代化发展水平评价指标体系的基础上,选取农业生产条件、农产品流通、农业综合产出效益、农民富裕化、环境保护等5类11个指标,采用主成分分析法对其所处的发展阶段进行了分析.结果表明：潍坊市农业现代化水平己处于基本实现阶段,但当前潍坊市农业生产仍以“家庭作坊式”分散经营为主,农业生产没有产生集聚效应.为保证在农业可持续发展情况下完全实现农业现代化,需要重点从提高农业产业化集中度、培养新型农民角度入手,通过提高农业生产效率实现集约化、和谐发展.

Evaluation on the Agriculture Modernization Development Level in Weifang

According to the actual situation of agricultural modernization in Weifang, on the basis of determining the evaluation index system, selecting 11 indexes such as agriculture production conditions, agricultural product circulation, agriculture comprehensive output benefit, farmers rich, environmental protection, principle component analysis method was adopted to analyze the development level. The result showed that the agricultural modernization level in Weifang had entered the implementation stage. However, the current agricultural modernization in Weifang is still in the ＂cottage＂ decentralized management, it did not produce agglomeration effect. Therefore, to ensure the full realization of agricultural modernization in the agricultural sustainable development situation, we should focus on improving agricultural industrial concentration, cultivating new farmers, and we need to improve the efficiency of agricultural production to realize intensive and harmonious development.
