碗莲品种形态学性状聚类分析的研究

目的]探究荷花品种间的亲缘关系、荷花资源的分类和遗传多样性。方法]对23个碗莲品种的9个数值性状和11个质量性状进行了调查,借助DPS统计软件对结果进行聚类分析。结果]在碗莲的分类中,花瓣数、花色、体型大小、亲缘关系等因素占有重要的地位,这和传统分类方法得到的结果基本符合。结论]该方法可在研究栽培植物起源中充分加以利用。

Cluster Analysis on Morphologic Characters of Bowllotus Cultivars

Objective] The study aimed to explore the relationship among lotus varieties,classification of lotus resources and its genetic diversity.Method] 9 numerical characters and 11 quality characters of 23 bowl lotus cultivars were investigated and their results were made for the clustering analysis by statistic software of DPS.Result] The results indicated that in bowl lotus classification,the factors such as petal number,flower color,body size and relationship occupied the important status,which basically accorded with the results obtained by the traditional categorized method.Conclusion] The method could be used in the origin of cultivated plant fully.
