猪接触传染性胸膜肺炎临床感染血清学检测研究

目的]总结河南省猪接触传染性胸膜肺炎的流行病学规律。方法]2006年1月至2007年12月份历时2年,郑州牧业工程高等专科学校附属兽医院对来诊的未进行传染性胸膜肺炎疫苗接种的1 169头猪随机采血,进行猪传染性胸膜肺炎抗体水平检测。结果]平均阳性率为21.55%,同时在被检猪中又进行了猪瘟、圆环病毒、蓝耳病、伪狂犬病、弓形体等疾病感染的检测,证实猪传染性胸膜肺炎与病毒性、细菌性、寄生虫性疾病有着不同程度的混合感染。结论]猪在发生一种或几种传染病的情况下,由于机体抵抗力的下降,往往可以继发多种疾病。

Serology Detection Report of Porcine Contagious Pleuropneumonia in Clinical Infection

Objective] The research aimed to study the epidemiological regularity of porcine contagious pleuropneumonia in Henan Province.Method] From January 2006 to December 2007,1 169 pigs were investigated from those taken to Zhengzhou College of Animal Husbandry Engineering Animal Hospital for diagnose to judge the immune state of porcine contagious pleuropneumonia,and to detect the infection of hog cholera virus,porcine circovirus,porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus,pseudorabies virus and toxoplasm.Result] A average positive rate was 21.55% of porcine contagious pleuropneumonia.And the mixed infection between porcine contagious pleuropneumonia and the other pathogens given above was confirmed.Conclusion] Due to the decrease of body resistance,the pigs could secondary to various diseases under the condition of the occurrence of one or some infectious diseases.
