超声波辅助提取虎杖中的白藜芦醇的工艺研究

摘    要:目的]优选超声波辅助提取虎杖中白藜芦醇的最佳工艺。方法]采用超声波提取,通过正交试验考察提取时间、提取温度、超声功率对虎杖中白藜芦醇提取率的影响。结果]虎杖中提取白藜芦醇的最佳工艺为:以无水乙醇为提取剂,超声波的提取温度为80℃,提取时间为45 min,提取功率为200 W。在此条件下,虎杖中白藜芦醇的提取率可以达到0.940%。结论]用超声波辅助提取虎杖中的白藜芦醇,工艺稳定性好且简便易行,为有效提取白藜芦醇提供了一种安全可靠的方法。

Study on the Extraction Process of Resveratrol from RHIZOMA ET RADIX POLYGONI CUSPIDATI Using Ultrasonic-assisted Technology

Abstract:Objective] To optimize the extraction process of resveratrol from RHIZOMA ET RADIX POLYGONI CUSPIDATI using ultrasonic-assisted technology through orthogonal test.Method] Effects of extraction temperature,extraction time and ultrasonic power on the extraction rate of resveratrol from RHIZOMA ET RADIX POLYGONI CUSPIDATI by using ultrasonic-assisted wave method.Result] The optimum extraction process of resveratrol was as follows:extraction temperature of 80 ℃,extraction time of 45 min and ultrasonic power of 200 W.Under the above conditions,the extraction rate of resveratrol could reach as high as 0.940%.Conclusion]The ultrasonic-assisted technology was reliable and simple,which was a safe and efficient method for extracting resveratrol from RHIZOMA ET RADIX POLYGONI CUSPIDATI.
