摘 要: | 目的]研究蒜头果多糖的提取及含量测定。方法]采用水提醇沉法从蒜头果中提取多糖,并用硫酸-苯酚法测定其含量。结果]蒜头果中平均多糖含量为0.600%。结论]为蒜头果多糖的开发利用提供理论依据。

Abstract: | Objective] The aim was to extract and deferwhue the content of polysaccharide from M.oleifera seeds.Method] Polysaccharide was extracted from M.oleifera seeds with water extraction and ethanol precipitation method and its content was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method.Result] The result showed that it contains polysaccharide in M.oleifera,and the polysaccharide content was 0.600%.Conclusion] It was provided the reference for the exploitation of M.oleifera. |
