细叶石仙桃挥发油成分的GC-MS分析

摘    要:目的]分析细叶石仙桃挥发油成分。方法]采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取细叶石仙桃的挥发油成分,利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)对其成分进行分析鉴定,并采用峰面积归一化法测定各成分的相对含量。结果]共分离出31个色谱峰,并鉴定出其中18种化学成分,占化合物检出总量的88.56%,化合物类型包括脂肪族类、芳香族类及萜类,其中最主要的挥发油成分是棕榈酸(49.54%)。结论]该研究首次鉴定出细叶石仙桃挥发油的化学成分,为进一步研究其活性成分提供了依据。

GC-MS Analysis of the Volatiles from Pholidota cantonensis

Abstract:Objective] To analyze the chemical components of volatile oil from Pholidota cantonensis.Method]The volatiles from Pholidota cantonensis were extracted by steam distillation,and the chemical constituents were analyzed by GC-MS.The relative content of each component was determined by area normalization.Result] Thirty-one peaks were separated and eighteen of them were identified,representing about 88.56% of the total content.The main types of the volatiles were aliphatics,aromatics and terpenoids,and the main constituent was n-hexadecanoic acid(49.54%).Conclusion] The chemical components of the volatile oil from Pholidota cantonensis were obtained firstly in this paper,which provided basis for further study on the chemical compositions.
