家庭承包经营体制下农户经营行为及其绩效分析

以农户经营行为分析为切入点,从转轨时期和市场经济体制时期两个阶段,详细分析了家庭承包经营体制下农户的经营行为及绩效。研究表明,家庭承包经营体制确立了农户的独立市场主体地位,对农业生产力的发展以及农民收入水平的提高起到了巨大的推动作用。但是,随着市场经济的进一步发展和要素配置的市场化,要求农户按照资源配置效率原则重新对其经营行为作出选择。从农业产业组织化和农户组织化两个方面来构建一种有效率的组织,推进农户经营的组织化发展,增强市场的整体竞争力,增加农民收入。

Farmers Operational Behavior and Performance Analysis under the Household Contract Management System

Starting from farmers operational behavior analysis,from the age of transition and market economic structure,the farmers operational behavior and performance under the household contract management system were studied.The results showed that household contract management system establish the status of economic entities of the farmers,promote development of agriculture productivity and increase of farmers income level.With further development of market economic and marketization of elements configuration,farmers should re-select their operational behavior according to resource allocative efficiency principle.An efficiency organization was constructed from aspects of agriculture industry and farmers organization,so as to strengthen market overall competitive power and increase farmers income.
