摘    要:目的]以紫苏无菌苗子叶为外植体研究紫苏芽再生频率。方法]在MS培养基中添加不同浓度配比的6-BA和IAA,给予不同黑暗培养时间2、4,-D浓度和预培养时间,研究各因素对紫苏芽苗分化的影响。结果]子叶在分化培养基MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+1.5mg/L IAA中培养可获得高达80.01%的再生频率0,.10 mg/L 24,-D的分化培养基预培养3 d,黑暗培养12 d后再转入光照培养效果最好。结论]该试验可为紫苏的组培繁殖提供参考。

Study on the Plant Regeneration in Tissue Culture of Perilla frutescens Cotyledon

Abstract:Objective] To study the regeneration of cotyledons from Perilla frutescens.Method] By adding different concentration of 6-BA and IAA into the MS medium,the effects of different darkness preculture time,2,4-D concentrations and preculture duration on the regeneration of Perilla frutescen were inspected.Result]As high as 80.01% regeneration frequency was achieved in the medium of MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+1.5 mg/L IAA,and the best culture effect was realized under the 3 d preculture of cotyledon in the medium of 0.1 mg/L 2,4-D,followed by 12 d darkness culture before being transferred to light conditions.Conclusion] The experiment provided references for the tissue culture of Perilla frutescens.
