廊坊市番茄大棚土壤肥力与土壤酶活性关系初探

目的]分析番茄大棚土壤酶活性作为评价其土壤肥力指标的可行性。方法]以廊坊市番茄大棚土壤为材料,研究其土壤肥力状况与土壤酶活性的相关性。结果]廊坊市番茄大棚土壤全氮、碱解氮含量中等偏下,全磷、缓效钾、有效磷、速效钾含量极高,有机质严重缺乏,土壤养分含量极不均衡。磷酸酶活性与全磷、速效钾呈显著正相关(P<0.05),与有机质、全氮、缓效钾呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。番茄大棚土壤酶活性之间的相关性不是很好。结论]磷酸酶活性能很好的指示土壤中有机质、全氮、缓效钾、速效钾的状况,可以作为评价番茄大棚土壤肥力的生物学指标。

Research on the Correlation between Soil Fertility and Soil Enzyme Activity in Tomato Greenhouse in Langfang City

Objective] The aim was to analyze the feasibility of using soil enzyme activity in tomato greenhouse as evaluation index of its soil fertility.Method] With soil from tomato greenhouse in Langfang city as material, the correlation between its soil fertility status and soil enzyme activity was studied.Result] In the soil from tomato greenhouse in Langfang city,the contents of total N and available N were moderate or lower,the contents of total P,slowly available K,available P and rapidly available K were extremely high.The soil was seriously lack of organic matter and its nutrient content was greatly imbalanced.The phosphatase activity showed significantly positive correlation with total P and rapidly available K(P<0.05) and extremely significantly positive correlation with organic matter,total N and slowly available K(P<0.01).The correlation between tomato greenhouse and soil enzyme activity was not very good.Conclusion] The phosphatase activity could indicate the conditions of organic matter,total N,slowly available K and rapidly available K very well.It could be used as biological index of evaluating the soil fertility in tomato greenhouse.
