摘    要:目的]分离筛选与鉴定浒苔降解菌。方法]从连云港海域浒苔生长环境的海水、海泥及浒苔腐烂液中分离出11株细菌和5株真菌,利用分离所得菌株进行浒苔生物降解试验。结果]菌株H1对浒苔降解效果最好,3 d降解率即可达68.10%。通过形态学和生理学特征及16S rRNA基因序列分子生物学分析,鉴定菌株H1为假交替单胞菌属海洋细菌。结论]筛选出的H1菌株可快速有效降解浒苔,具有良好的应用前景。

Isolation,Screening and Identification of Enteromorpha prolifera Degrading Bacterial Strain
Abstract:Objective] To isolate,screen and identify the Enteromorpha prolifera degrading bacteria.Method] Eleven strains of bacteria and five fungi were isolated from seawater,sea mud and E.prolifera decay solution in Lianyungang sea areas.The degradation of E.prolifera was studied by using the isolated strains.Result] The strain HI had the most significant degradation effect on E.prolifera,and the degradation rate reached 68.10% in 3 days.According to the morphological and physiological characteristics and 16S rRNA gene sequence molecular biological analysis,strain H1 was identified as Pseudoalteromonas marine bacteria.Conclusion] Strain H1 can rapidly and effectively degrade E.prolifera,which has good application prospect.
