摘    要:目的]探究多胺对玉米种子萌发的影响。方法]以农大108玉米(Zea mays L.)品种为材料,用不同浓度的亚精胺(spermidine:Spd)浸种,检测种子萌发的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、胚芽鞘长度和α-淀粉酶活性。结果]在低浓度范围内,随着亚精胺浸种浓度的升高,被检测的这些指标也逐渐升高,当亚精胺浓度达到0.1 mmol/L时,这些指标均达到最大值,而过高浓度的亚精胺处理,则这些指标低于对照。结论]适宜浓度的亚精胺浸种促进玉米种子的萌发。该研究为多胺在大田上的应用提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to investigate the effects of polyamine on the germination of maize seeds.Method] In the test with maize variety Nongda 108 as materials,maize seeds were soaked with different concentrations of spermidine(Spd) to determine the germination rate,germination vigor,germination index,vigor index,coleoptile length and α-amylase activity of seed germination.Result] In the range of low concentration,these determined indexes were increased gradually with the rise of Spd concentration in seed soaking.When the concentration of Spd reached 0.1 mmol/L,these indexes all reached the maximum.However,these indexes were lower than CK when seeds were treated with too higher concentration of Spd.Conclusion] Seed soaking with appropriate concentration of Spd could promote the germination of maize seeds.The research provided theoretical basis for the application of polyamine in the field.
