摘    要:对蝴蝶兰叶片在离体培养中与褐变相关的酶进行了研究,结果表明:蝴蝶兰叶片在褐变发生前期POD和PPO活力都升高,褐变发生后酶活力下降。PAL活力随外植体褐变的增强而逐渐增加。POD同工酶谱分析发现,对照组中POD有2条弱带。离体培养3 d时POD出现4条酶带,酶活性最强。

Abstract:The study on the enzyme related to Phalaenopsi leaf-browning in vitro culture was conducted.The result showed that in the early stage of Phalaenopsis leaf-browning,the activity of POD and PPO was increased,while in the later stage,their activities were declined,respectively.The activity of PAL was increased as explant turned black.The POD isoenzyme showed two weak bands of POD appeared in control group.After 3 days culture,there were four bands of POD appeared and the activity was the highest.
