| 摘 要： | 目的]研究水杨酸（SA）对平菇菌丝生长的影响。方法]在PDA培养基中添加不同浓度的水杨酸，分析研究水杨酸对平菇菌丝生长的影响。结果]结果表明，低浓度的SA对所试3株平菇（平菇夏王、苏云6号和9400）菌丝生长具有明显的促进作用，浓度较高时则呈现抑制作用；其中夏王菌株菌丝生长情况以1．0×10^-6g／ml处理最好。苏云6号菌株菌丝生长情况以10．0×10^-6g／ml处理最好，9400菌株菌丝生长情况以1．0×10^-6g/ml处理最好。结论]水杨酸作为生长调节剂在食用菌生产上应用具有可能性。
