耕地资源变化与经济发展关系研究——以新疆乌鲁木齐为例

采用乌鲁木齐市1988~2004年统计数据,分析乌鲁木齐市耕地面积变化情况,选取GDP年增长率、固定资产增长率、耕地面积减少率作为指标,讨论乌鲁木齐市经济增长和耕地面积减少之间的关系,并利用人均耕地面积变化与人均GDP增长的指数相关关系式,对不同经济发展水平的人均耕地面积进行估算。结果表明:随着经济发展水平的提高,增长等量的人均GDP,人均耕地面积的减少幅度逐渐减小,其原因是经济发展达到一定水平后,GDP的增长主要依赖技术革新和产业化高度,而不再依靠耕地的消耗。

Study on the Relation between the Cultivated Land Resource Change and Economic Development in Urumqi City

The statistics of the change of the cultivated area of Urumqi from 1988 - 2005 was analyzed with the annual GDP, fixed assets rate, cultivated area reduction rote as the index, and the relation between the econonfic growth and cultivated area of Urumqi was discussed in detail. The economic development level was estimated with the index relevant relational expressions of the area change and the area of cultivated farmland and GDP per capita increase in of per capita area of cultivated farmland. The result showed the inorovement of the economic development level equaled to amount of per capita GDP, but the area of cultivated farmland per capita was gradually reduced, and the reason was after economic development reaches certain level, the growth of GDP mainly relied on the technological innovation and highly industrilization, and no longer depended on the consumption of the cultivated land.
