摘    要:目的]分离筛选出对苜蓿根腐病病原具有高拮抗作用的生防放线菌。方法]利用梯度稀释分离法从来自内蒙古赤峰地区的10个土样中分离得到91株放线菌。以3株苜蓿根腐病菌为靶标菌,采用平皿对峙培养法,对分得菌株进行皿内拮抗作用测定。结果]获得5株对供试苜蓿根腐病菌有较强抑制作用的拮抗菌株,编号为1-3-6、4-4-2、6-2-25、6-2-27、7-2-13,分别来自1号、4号、6号及7号土样,占分离菌株的5.50%。结论]该研究可为苜蓿根腐病生物防治奠定一定基础。

Abstract:Objective]Actinomycetes with high antagonistic effects on alfalfa root rot pathogen was isolated from soil.Method]91 actinomyces were isolated from 10 soil samples in Chi feng Inner Mongolia by gradient dilution method.In duel culture tests,all isolates were tested for their antagonism by using 3 strains including Fusarium solani,F.Oxysporum,F.avenaceum of alfalfa root rot pathogenic bacteria as indicator strains.Result]5 strains of more antagonistic microorganism were obtained from No.1,No.4,No.6 and No...
