| 摘 要： | 对我国农业类上市公司存在的问题及其在二级市场的表现进行分析,从农业产业链出发,研究盈利驱动因素对行业链不同层次的各子行业的影响。从引入机构投资者、加速技术创新、加强产业整合力度、加大政策扶持等方面对我国农业类上市公司待解决的问题进行探讨。

| Abstract: | The problems existing in the listed agricultural companies in our country and their performance in the stock market were analyzed. The profit-forced factors' influence on the sub-agriculture from the industry-chain was also analyzed. The introduction of institutional investors, the acceleration of the technology innovation, the enhancement of the industry integration and the enacting of support policies will be beneficial for the development of the listed agricultural companies. |
