| 摘 要： | 几丁质酶作为一种用于生物防治的天然溶菌酶类,具有抑真菌效果好、无毒副作用等特点。对几丁质酶概况、防治果蔬采后病害效果、作用机理及应用途径进行综述,分析讨论了目前几丁质酶在果蔬采后病害防治应用中存在的问题及今后的发展应用。 |

| Abstract: | Chitinase can be used to biocontrol because it is a kind of lysozyme which is harmless to human body,and has better biocontrol efficacy.The biological effectiveness,biological mechanism,and the application approaches of chitinase were summarized,the existing problems in postharvest biocontrol and the prospect of chitinase were discussed. |
