摘    要:目的]研究使用化学试剂处理对贮藏马铃薯品质的影响。方法]以费乌瑞它、威芋3号、大西洋、中薯3号、黔芋1号为试验材料,贮藏4个月,每个月测定其相关化学成分的变化。结果]与对照相比,使用化学试剂处理的马铃薯淀粉含量的下降速度较慢,干物质损失不大,Vc、还原糖、粗蛋白含量下降幅度较小。结论]使用化学试剂处理后由于马铃薯未出芽,其品质变化不大,值得推广。
