| 摘 要： | 目的]为使用中草药防治奶牛乳房炎提供理论依据。方法]采集52头奶牛的260份乳样,用乳腺炎诊断液(SMT)诊断奶牛乳房炎,并从奶样中分离鉴定出乳房炎病原菌;在此基础上,选取4株肠杆菌2、株链球菌和3株葡萄球菌进行中药及其复方的抑菌试验,根据最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)评价中药的体外抗菌活性。结果]从260份乳样中共分离出176株细菌,其中葡萄球菌71株,占总数的40.34%,肠杆菌62株,占总数的35.23%,链球菌25株,占总数的14.21%,这3个细菌是奶牛乳房炎的主要致病菌;75.57%的乳房炎由2种以上细菌混合感染所致。结论]奶牛乳房炎主要致病菌对单味中药产生了不同程度的耐药性,而中药复方的抑菌效果较好。 |
