摘    要:目的]为紫色非硫光合细菌的应用研究打下基础。方法]从杭州养鱼塘水样和底泥样品中分离纯化到1株紫色非硫光合细菌菌株,通过对其细胞形态观察、活细胞色素吸收光谱测定及生理生化特征研究等进行分类鉴定。结果]HZ-1菌株可在光照厌氧或黑暗好氧条件下生长;菌体呈短杆状,稍弯,为革兰氏阴性菌株;含有细菌叶绿素a和类胡萝卜素;接触酶试验、吲哚试验、硝酸盐还原试验阳性,硫化氢生成试验、明胶液化试验阴性。结论]通过对分离纯化的紫色非硫光合细菌菌株的分类鉴定,判断菌株HZ-1为沼泽红假单胞菌。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to provide a basis for the application of purple non-sulfur photosynthetic bacteria.Method] A strain purple non-sulfur photosynthetic bacteria was isolated and purified from the water sample and sediment of fish pond of Hangzhou.The classification and identification of purple non-sulfur photosynthetic bacteria was carried out by the observation of cell morphology,the cell coloring matter absorption spectrum determination and the study of physiological and biochemical characteristics.Results] The HZ-1 strain could grow under the condition of illuminated anaerobic or dark aerobic.The strain was gram negative and the cell of the strain was in the shape of short and slightly curved rod.The cells contained bacteria chlorophyll a and likecarotene.The contact enzyme test,indole production test and nitrate reduction test was positive reaction and the hydrogen sulfide formation test and gelatin liquefaction test was negtive reaction.Conclusion] The HZ-1 strain was identified as Rhodopseudomonas palusteris by the classification and identification of purple non-sulfur photosynthetic bacteria.
