| 摘 要： | 目前我国植物细胞核雄性不育基因方面的研究主要包括对不育材料遗传性状的观察、分子标记与定位、基因表达、调控及克隆、转基因、生产应用和常规育种等。对植物细胞核雄性不育基因方面的研究进行了综述概括,并对其研究及应用前景和发展方向进行了论述展望。

| Abstract: | Many researches had been done on genic male sterility gene,which mainly include the observation,molecular markers and mapping,gene expression,control and cloning,transgenic,producing application and routine breeding of genetic characters of male sterility materials,etc.The recent research progress were summarized,the utilization prospect and development direction were forecasted. |
