| 摘 要： | 目的]为探明10种中草药的抑菌与杀菌活性。方法]选用10种中草药，提取其活性成分，测定其对5种细菌的抑制与杀灭作用。结果]10种中草药对5种细菌均有一定的抑制作用，其中以白芨、黄芩最为明显，抑菌率均在83．1％以上；杀菌试验表明10种中草药对5种细菌均有不同程度的杀灭作用。结论]10种中草药均具有抑菌与杀菌作用，但随着提取液用量的增加与杀菌时间的延长，抑菌率与杀菌率均随之提高。
