摘    要:目的]探究四川中江县主要药材种植区土壤真菌与放线菌分布规律。方法]采集中江县6个药用植物种植基地24个样点的药用植物根际土壤,采用常规方法对土壤真菌及放线菌进行分离与计数,并通过SPSS数理统计软件分析种植方式对数量的影响。结果]中江药用植物种植区根际土壤真菌数量为(2.11×10^4±7.08×10^4)cfu/g,数量随土壤含水量的增加而增加。土壤放线菌数量为(1.51×10^5±2.73×10^5)cfu/g,受土壤含水量的影响较小。不同的药用植物间土壤真菌及放线菌数量差异不一,表现为丹参土壤真菌数量显著高于白芍,其他差异不明显;4种药用植物间土壤放线菌数量差异不显著。结论]不同的种植方式对土壤真菌及放线菌数量均有较大影响,表现为混种下其数量显著高于单一种植。

Abstract:Objective] The distribution of fungi and actinomycetes in the rhizosphere soil planted with herbs in the Zhongjiang County of Sichuan Province was researched.Method] The fungi and actinomycetes in 24 rhizosphere soil samples from 6 bases medicinal plant cultivation in the area were isolated counted with the conventional method and the planting mode affecting their number was analyzed with the SPSS software of mathematical statistics.Result] The number of the fungi in the rhizosphere soil was (2.11×104±7.08×104) cfu/g,which was increased with the content-increasing of moisture in soil;and the actinomycetes,(1.51×105±2.73×105) cfu/g,which was less affected by the soil moisture.There was a difference in the number of fungi actinomycetes in the rhizosphere soil of various medicinal plant-growing.The number of fungi in the soil planted with the root of red-rooted salvia was significantly higher than that in the soil planted with root of herbaceous peony and there was no significant differences among other herbs.The difference in the number of actinomycetes among four species of medicinal plants was no significant.Conclusion] The number of fungi and actinomycetes in the rhizosphere soil was greatly affected by the different planting models,which indicated that their number in mixed herbs' planting model was significantly higher than that in a single planting model.
