摘    要:目的]探索施用密旋链霉菌对瓜列当寄生的影响和对加工番茄的增产作用。方法]通过盆栽试验和大田示范试验,设置番茄育苗和移栽时施密旋链霉菌制剂(处理(1))、番茄育苗时施密旋链霉菌制剂(处理(2))、不施密旋链霉菌制剂(对照),研究密旋链霉菌对瓜列当寄生的影响及对加工番茄的增产作用。结果]盆栽试验中,处理(1)番茄地瓜列当寄生量较对照减少66.7%,番茄产量增加72.4%;大田示范试验中,处理(1)瓜列当寄生量较对照减少10.2%,番茄产量增加12.4%。结论]密旋链霉菌制剂能减少瓜列当寄生量,促进番茄增产。

Abstract:Objective]The aim of this study was to explore the effects of Streptomyces pactum on parasitism of Phelipanche aegyptiaca Pers.and yield increase of processing tomatoes.Method]Effect of Streptomyces pactum on parasitism of Phelipanche aegyptiaca Pers.and yield increase of processing tomatoes were studied through pot experiment and field demonstration experiment,and three treatments were set up as followed:apply Streptomyces pactum before sowing tomato seeds and while transplanting tomato seedlings(Treatment ①);apply Streptomyces pactum while trans-planting tomato seedlings(Treatment②);not application of Streptomyces pactum(Contol CK).Result]In pot experiment,comparing with CK, after treatment ① the amount of Phelipanche aegyptiaca Pers.was reduced by 66.7%while the tomato yields increased by 72.4%.In field dem-onstration experiment,comparing with CK,after treatment①the Phelipanche aegyptiaca Pers.parasitism was reduced by 12.4%while the toma-to yields increased by 10.2%.Conclusion]Streptomyces pactum preparation can reduce the parasitic amount of Phelipanche aegyptiaca Pers.and promote the increase of tomato yield.
