| Abstract: | On the basis of the investigation of the basic situation,the meteorology information transmission,the village life condition and the demand of the countryside for the meteorological service were analyzed systematically.The restriction factors of the meteorology serveing the new rural reconstruction were pointed out.Finally the countermeasures were proposed. |
