摘    要:目的]测定了长丝鲈5种组织中与免疫学和病理学相关酶的活性。方法]以购自小汤山水产养殖基地的17尾健康长丝鲈为试材,鲈鱼体重194.42-295.74g,体长19.24-21.10cm,检测了长丝鲈脑、肝、肌肉、肠和鳃5种组织中的谷胱甘肽硫转移酶(GST)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、转氨酶(GOT、GPT)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和磷酸酶(ACP、AKP)的活性以及脂质氧化产物(MDA)的含量。结果]长丝鲈脑组织中7种酶的活性大小为LDH〉GST〉GPT〉GOT〉CAT〉AKP〉ACP;肝组织LDH〉CAT〉GST〉GPT〉GOT〉AKP〉ACP;肌肉组织LDH〉GST〉GPT〉GOT〉CAT〉AKP〉ACP;肠组织LDH〉GST〉AKP〉ACP〉GPT〉GOT〉CAT;鳃组织LDH〉GST〉AKP〉ACP〉CAT〉GPT〉GOT。长丝鲈5种组织中,丙二醛的含量高低依次为鳃〉脑〉肠〉肌肉〉肝。结论]该研究为长丝鲈免疫学和病理学等方面的研究提供基础理论数据。

Determination on Relative Enzymes in 5 Kinds of Organizations of Osphronemas goramy

Abstract:Objective] The study aimed to determine the activities of enzymes relative to immunology and pathology in 5 kinds of organizations of Osphronemas goramy.Method] With 17 tails of health O.goramy,body weight of 194.42-295.74 g and body length of 19.24-21.10 cm,purchased from Xiaotangshan aquaculture base as the tested materials,the activities of 7 kinds of enzymes(GST,CAT,GOT,GPT,LDH,ACP and AKP) and the MDA content in 5 kinds of tissues(brain,liver,muscle,intestine and lamella) of O.goramy were detected.Result] The activities of 7 kinds of enzymes in brain tissue of O.goramy in order were LDH > GST > GPT > GOT > CAT >AKP >ACP,that in liver tissue were LDH > CAT > GST > GPT > GOT > AKP > ACP,that in muscle tissue were LDH > GST > GPT > GOT > CAT > AKP > ACP,that in intestine tissue were LDH > GST > AKP > ACP > GPT > GOT > CAT and that in lamella tissue were LDH > GST > AKP > ACP > CAT > GPT > GOT.The content of MDA in 5 kinds of tissues of O.goramy in order was lamella > brain > intestine > muscle > liver.Conclusion] The study provided the basic theoretical data for the research of O.goramy on immunology and pathology
