| 摘 要： | ＂低碳经济＂是以低能耗、低排放、低污染为基础的经济。生物质能源对于缓解能源紧缺、减轻环境污染和改善生态环境有重要作用,是低碳经济发展的重要方向之一。在此背景下,简述了我国生物质能资源的概况,介绍了其特性与功能,探讨了影响我国生物质能产业发展的制约因素,提出了发展我国生物质能的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Low-carbon economy is a low energy consumption,low emissions and low pollution-based economy.Biomass energy has an important role in easing energy shortage,reducing environmental pollution and improving ecological environment,it is one of the development orientations of low-carbon economy.In this context,the paper briefly introduces the biomass energy resources,describes its characteristics and functions,discusses the development contraints and proposes the development strategies for the biomass energy in China. |
