梅花种质资源表型多样性研究

目的]研究梅花（Prunus mume Sieb.et Zucc.）种质资源的表型多样性,为梅花遗传多样性研究提供试验数据,为其优异种质的保存、开发和应用奠定基础。方法]对149个梅花品种的表型多样性进行研究。结果]在9个质量性状中,花部、果实和枝型的Shan-non指数均值分别为1.195、1.023和0.341,Simpson指数均值分别为0.576、0.539和0.192。在6个数量性状中,花部、枝条、叶片平均的变异系数分别为20.45%、19.98%、14.07%。花径和花瓣数,花径和雄蕊数,花瓣数和雄蕊数达到了极显著的相关。结论]梅花花部性状变异最丰富。

Study on the Phenotypic Diversity of P.mume Sieb.et Zucc.Germ Plasm Resources

Objective] The phenotypic diversity of P.mume Sieb.et Zucc.germ plasm resources were studied,to provide test data for the study on the genetic diversity of P.mume Sieb.et Zucc.,and lay basis for the preservation,development and application of its good germ plasm.Method] 149 kinds of P.mume Sieb.et Zucc.germ plasm resources were studied.Result] The results showed that the average of the Shannon Index and the Simpson Index of flowers,fruits,and branches in 9 quality traits were 1.195,1.023,0.341 and 0.576,0.539,0.192 respectively.The average coefficient of variation of flowers,branches,and leaves in 6 quantitative traits were 20.45%,19.98% and 14.07% respectively.There were significant correlation between flower diameter and number of petals,flower diameter and number of stamens,number of petals and number of stamens.Conclusion] The results suggest that the floral traits in P.mume Sieb.et Zucc.cultivars have the most abundant variant.
